The fitness centre provides you with the most modern Technogym equipment, along with a staff of personal coaches who follow you through courses in Pilates, Pancafit and Poweryoga and on the Biostrength and cardiofitness circuits.
The chlorine-free pool neither hurts your eyes nor bleaches your tan. You'll also find a waterfall for cervical massage and a bubble massage bench.
The heart of the Isola wellness centre is dedicated entirely to relaxation, starting with the joys of the thermarium, which combines the benefits of the sauna and the Turkish bath, cold mist, tropical rain, hydromassage, the Kneipp course.
The beauty farm area is dedicated to providing meticulous attention to your well-being and beauty, with treatments for face and body, massages, sunbathing, hay baths.

Opening hours (Wellness Centre): 9am -10pm Monday through Friday / 9am -7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Opening hours (Swimming pool, children older than 6 admitted):
12.30am-1pm; 2.30pm-3.30pm; 9pm-10pm Monday through Friday
12.30am-7pm on Saturday
9am-7pm on Sundays.
Other closures: Easter (4th April) and Christmas day (25th December)
